We built Prelux because we saw a gap. Not a shortage of luxury services, but a shortage of ones that actually worked, that were fast, reliable, and felt like having a brilliant fixer in your corner rather than a formal concierge behind a desk. Nine years later, that's still exactly what we are.
Our clients are entrepreneurs running companies across time zones, executives flying more than they sleep, and professionals who want their personal lives to run as smoothly as their professional ones. They come to us for travel, experiences, lifestyle management, and they stay because once someone handles it all seamlessly, it's very hard to go back.
